In this dish the prawns are absorbs the flavors of black pepper, curry leaves and cumin seed. Enjoy this dish with rice or ROTI it just awesome. Method of preparation - In a pan add 2 tsp of oil. - As the oil heats up add 2 tsp of cumin seeds. - Then add chopped green chilies and saute it well. - As the flavor released add 10-12 curry leaves and 2-3 tsp ginger garlic paste. Fry it well. - As it fries add chopped onion. - Fry the onion till its raw smell goes off. - As it fries, add 1 chopped tomato in to it. - Saute it well till the tomato cooks. - Then add 1 tsp turmeric powder, 2 tsp soy sauce, 2-3 tsp pepper powder and mix it well. - Now add cleaned prawns and salt to taste. - At this stage if you feel masala is too dry add 1-2 tsp of water. - After 1 min add 1 tsp of red chilly powder(Optional) as a coloring agent and 1 tsp black pepper powd
