Bitter Gourd Masala Tawa Dry (ಹಾಗಲಕಾಯಿ ಮಸಾಲಾ ಡ್ರೈ)

    Bitter Gourd Masala Tawa Dry is an exception for the bitterness of Bitter gourd. Bitter gourd is also called as bitter melon which is very much important diet for those who suffer from diabetics. And it contains some good medicinal properties. This Bitter Gourd Masala Tawa Dry (ಹಾಗಲಕಾಯಿ ಮಸಾಲಾ ಡ್ರೈ) is exempted from use of onion, ginger and garlic, Hence the dish is some what sathwik dish too. To get good benefits of Bitter gourd you should try dish at once. Lets have a try on this this.

Preparation of masala:

- In a grinder jar add 2 tsp of coriander seeds, 1 tsp fennel seeds, grated Coconut, 5-6 Byadagi Red chilies, 1 tsp turmeric powder and tamarind. 
- Grind all these to a smooth paste by adding little water.

Procedure:

- Take bitter gourd and chop them into a small pieces.
- Add salt and mix well, Kept it aside for 10-15 min so that salt should be absorbed by bitter gourd very well.
- Keep tawa on oven add 1 tsp of oil.
- As the oil heats up add 1 tsp of mustard seeds, a pinch of asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Next fry the bitter gourd in tawa, keeping the flames at low and by removing excess salt from bitter gourd by rinsing it in water(Squeeze the bitter gourd very well to remove extra water from it).
- As it fries, add jaggery as sweet you wish.
- Then add prepared masala, add some water and mix it well. 
- Close the lid and cook at low flame for 5 min so that bitter melon will absorb the flavor.

- Open the lid and Keep frying till excess moisture will get evaporates.
- As you satisfied with the consistency take all stuff in serving bowl.

     A gear pump consist of two meshing gear. One of the gear is connected to a driving shaft known as D river gear which drives 2nd gear called D riven OR Idler gear . These gear are enclosed inside the housing. These pumps are particularly used to transfer viscous fluid. Constructional feature: In this type of the pump the meshing of the teeth takes place internally and hence the name internal gear pump.it consist of external gear which meshes with gear which contains internal gear as shown in figure.      The pumping chamber is formed between the gear teeth. A crescent seal is machined into the space between the inlet and outlet OR meshing and unmeshing region of the gear where the clearance between the internal gear( annular gear) and external gear is maximum. Thus the crescent seal separates both inlet and outlet and it will not allow the fluid to return the inlet. Working : Low pressure oil from the inlet port is converted into high pressure oil at outlet as follows.
