Raw mango currry(ಮಾವಿನಕಾಯಿ ಸಾರು)



    Hi here i am going to give a recipe of a seasonal special dish prepared in coastal karnataka. It is seasonal sweet and sour dish can be enjoyed with steamed rice. In coastal Karnataka This konakan style raw mango curry added in the menu during summer menu. 
        The tangyness / sourness of mango and sweetness of jaggary and coconut makes this dish very special. The other ingredients added to this which helps to increase the immunity as-well-as digestion power of body.

Ingredients required:-

Raw mango(2 to 3), Byadagi chilly/Red chilly (6-7 Nos.), Grated coconut 1/2, Turmeric powder(1-2 tsp), Coriander seeds (2 Big spoon), Fenugreek seeds(1-2 tsp), Mustard seeds (3-4 tsp), Curry leaves (6-10 Nos.), Asafoetida (Pinch), Jaggary /sugar (As sweetness required).

Method of preparation:-

- Take grated coconut in mixer/grinder jar and add 1-2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- Next add Byadagi chilly(6-7) and Coriander seeds (2 spoonful).
- Grind these by adding water. If you found difficulty in grinding add some water and form a smooth paste.
- In a pan/kadai add oil. Keep the flames medium.
- Add 1-2 tsp of fenugreek seeds.
- As it releases flavor Next add mustard seed (3-4).
- As mustard seed splutters add 5-6 curry leaves & Asafoetida (pinch). 
- Add chopped Raw mango and fry it fry it for 3-4 minutes in low flame.
- Add prepared masala in it and stir it well.
- If required add some water.
- Add salt for taste And add 2 pcs. of jaggary to balance the taste and saute it well.
- Close the lid and get boil (in between saute it to mix the flavor).

Your sweet,spicy and sour mango gravy is ready. Enjoy Mango gravy with rice. It  is just AWESOME.

T02- Precaution to be taken on Lathe

Before working :- - Ensure that the electrical power supply is as needed for the machine. Ensure that the safety guards are in proper condition.  - Ensure that the work area is clean and tidy. - Ensure that the meshing gears are in proper mesh, and the power feed levers are in neutral.  - Ensure that the automatic lubricating system is functioning.  During working:- - Shift the levers to change the speeds and feeds only when the rotating parts are fully stationary.  - Wear an apron (not too loose) with the sleeves of the shirt folded. - Avoid wearing rings and watches when working. Wear shoes to avoid injury to your feet.  - Remove the chips by a hook, and use a brush to clear them.  After working:- - Clean the machine with a brush and wipe with cotton waste.  - Oil the bed-ways and the lubricating points.  - Clean the precision instruments and hand them over to the instructor for safe keeping. - Clean the cutting tools and place them in their respective places.  - Clean the area surro
