Radish -Fenugreek leaves paratha (ಮೂಲಂಗಿ ಪರೋಟ) is yummy shallow fried Indian bread belongs to Punjabi cuisine. this easy recipe uses Grated radish and fenugreek leaves as main ingredients along with various spices. The hot dish tastes Awesome with Tomato Ketchup and Curd.
Method of preparation:
- Grate radish in a grater ( Approximately 2 Cups).- In a mixing bowl take wheat flour.
- Next add Grated Radish, Fenugreek leaves, Turmeric powder, Red-chilly powder, Garam Masala, Oil and Salt to taste.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- And kneed the dough, If required add little amount of water.
- Finally apply the oil over it & rest it for at-least 30min.
Note: Always apply oil OR cover with a wet cloth, when it is kept for resting to avoid escaping of moisture.
- Pinch a medium sized ball dough and roll it a circle.
- Then on tawa, Place the rolled Parata and cook both side with application of oil/Ghee.
AS it cooks, serve hot with Tomato Ketchup OR Curd.
